1 General Introduction & Definitions

299bt is an online betting and casino platform operated for Bangla-speaking players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between each individual who uses the platform ("User" or "Member") and 299bt.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This condition applies to the bonus amount — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts, bots or automated methods, or any fraudulent means will result in all bonuses and related winnings being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

Bets can be placed on various markets in the sports betting section. For example, in a cricket match (such as Bangladesh vs India in a hypothetical match), you can choose from markets like match winner, total runs, or top batsman. Market availability may change after an event has started.

7 VIP Membership Program

The 299bt VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Allowing minors access or placing bets on their behalf.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Operating an account using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
• Stealing another user's information or accessing their account without authorization.
• Exploiting any vulnerability in the platform's software or attempting to hack it.
• Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
